Singspiration
Held every August, this annual choral youth camp is for those entering grades 4 – 12. Singspiration is held on our campus. It features guest conductors, music workshops and plenty of fun. High school students may find themselves working with university students or even some of the city’s top professionals.
Fall Mixer
| What better way to welcome new students than by an afternoon of fun activities at nearby Rundle Park. Join Student council members and all the teachers in this annual September event. Typical activities might include a watermelon-eating contest, beach volleyball, canoe races | ![]() |
Missions/Volunteer
The mission and service group invites all students who are interested in activities such as volunteering in the inner city, helping at Habitat for Humanity, or helping out at a local senior citizen’s lodge. If you are interested in serving others throughout the year, this is the group for you.
Spring / Summer events
You can look forward to a high quality drama production every spring. Auditions are held in the fall. Often a musical like, “Anne of Green Gables” or, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” the annual is a favorite of students, faculty and alumni. Student achievements in sports, academics, and fine arts are celebrated every spring with our Awards Banquet. This annual event features an awards presentation and refreshments. The evening also gives us a chance to say thank you to our many parent volunteers. A mini or major choir tour is in the works almost every year. Often students travel out of province to perform in churches, schools, seniors homes and other venues. What better stress-buster to end the year than an afternoon of outside activities. Volleyball, a barbeque, a dunk tank, and to end the day. a huge water fight involving teachers and students alike. Graduation activities take place the day after final exams, the last week in May. |
